We operate with transparent, straightforward billing. Monthly invoicing is done in advance with pro-rated billing if staff start mid-month. We only bill for approved hours, and invoices can be issued in USD, AUD, GBP, or AED via Stripe/Xero for your convenience.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and Wise payments. For recurring services, we recommend setting up automatic payments to ensure uninterrupted service.
If a staff member isn't a good fit, you can request a replacement or a refund for unused time. We aim to provide qualified replacements within 2-4 business days to minimize disruption.
No, our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Your quoted rate includes recruitment, management, quality assurance, and administrative services. Any additional services would be clearly communicated before implementation.
