General Terms

• All services are provided remotely unless agreed otherwise
• Clients are billed in advance monthly or on a per-project basis
• Candidates introduced by us remain MVM's intellectual property until hired

Performance Guarantee

We offer a 100% replacement guarantee during the initial 6-week performance assurance program if expectations are not met.

Refund Policy

• Processing fees are non-refundable
• Service refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for prepaid unused time

Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear job briefs and communication
• Respect staff work hours and system usage policies
• Add MVM PMs to communication channels for transparency
