Outbound Cold Caller / Lead Generation VA

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for:

• Making outbound cold calls.

• Contacting prospective customers/leads.

• Introducing the business/service professionally.

• Following the provided calling script/process.

• Identifying potential opportunities.

• Qualifying prospects where required.

• Handling basic objections.

• Recording call outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate lead/call records.

• Following up with prospects where required.

• Booking appointments/opportunities where applicable.

• Escalating interested/qualified prospects to the client.
  
  Target

• 30–40 outbound calls per hour
  This equates to approximately:

• 120–160 calls per 4-hour shift
  

• Previous outbound cold calling experience.

• Strong spoken English.

• Clear and confident communication.

• Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone.

• Ability to handle rejection professionally.

• Energetic and persistent approach.

• Good listening skills.

• Ability to follow a script while sounding natural.

• Comfortable working with call targets/KPIs.

• Good computer literacy.

• Reliable internet and suitable work-from-home setup.

• Ability to work independently.
