Position Overview
About the Role We are seeking an experienced and confident Appointment Setter to join a growing business coaching, leadership development, and sales consulting organisation serving clients across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, engaging business owners and decision-makers, and booking qualified discovery meetings for senior consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 120–180 outbound calls daily
Reach business owners, CEOs, Managing Directors, and Sales Leaders
Introduce business growth and leadership development solutions
Qualify prospects against established criteria
Book appointments directly into consultant calendars
Maintain accurate CRM records and notes
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience
Strong English communication skills with a professional phone manner
Experience calling Australian or New Zealand businesses preferred
Ability to navigate gatekeepers and objections confidently
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
Key Performance Indicators
120–180 outbound calls per day
25–35 qualified appointments per month
Consistent CRM accuracy and activity reporting
Positive conversion rates from conversation to booked meeting
