Your Mission Own the complete student acquisition and marketing automation engine, from attracting prospects to converting them into booked consultations, engaged community members and paying customers. Core Responsibilities • Own GoHighLevel CRM: pipelines, workflows, automations, funnels, forms, surveys, calendars, tags, reporting. • Build email and SMS campaigns. • Manage Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok advertising. • Optimise landing pages and conversion rates in Odoo. • Coordinate content marketing and community growth. • Build AI-assisted marketing workflows. • Track KPIs and continuously optimise performance. Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the GoHighLevel CRM, including pipelines, workflows, automations, funnels, forms, surveys, calendars, tags, and reporting.
Create, execute, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates using Odoo.
Coordinate and oversee content marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and community growth.
Develop and implement AI-powered marketing workflows to automate and streamline marketing processes.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
Continuously optimize marketing strategies to improve lead generation, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
Own and manage the end-to-end student acquisition funnel, from lead generation to consultation bookings and customer conversion.
Build and maintain marketing automation systems to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Drive community engagement and nurture prospects into paying customers.
