Position Overview

Role: Part-Time Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator Industry: NDIS, Healthcare & Aged Care Part Time | AEST The primary objective of this role is to support business growth through social media content creation that promotes company services and attracts candidates for open vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create engaging social media content

• Design graphics and promotional materials

• Develop content for vacancy advertisements

• Create service promotion campaigns

• Produce educational and informative content

Social Media Management

• Manage content across:

Facebook
Instagram
LinkedIn

Content Planning

• Schedule posts

• Maintain posting consistency

• Support marketing and business development initiatives

Posting Frequency

• Approximately 2–3 posts per week

• Focus on service promotion and recruitment campaigns

Candidates MUST have:

• Social Media Management Experience

• Strong Content Creation Skills

• Canva Proficiency

• Excellent Written English

• Experience creating promotional graphics

• Understanding of social media engagement

Candidates with experience working for:

• Healthcare Providers

• Medical Clinics

• Home Care Agencies

• Nursing Services

• Aged Care Organizations

Must Have Skills

Experience creating content for healthcare or care services
Strong graphic design sense
Able to create engaging promotional content
Organized and reliable
Comfortable following brand guidelines
