Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially aware HubSpot & Data Intelligence Support Specialist to support our sales, marketing, and operational teams through effective CRM administration, data intelligence, reporting, and workflow automation. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM administration, data management, workflow automation, reporting, and business research. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining CRM integrity, optimizing HubSpot processes, building dashboards and reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. This is not a sales or appointment-setting role. The focus is on CRM operations, systems administration, data accuracy, automation, and reporting support.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM Administration
Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM records, properties, pipelines, and system configurations
Create, update, and optimize HubSpot workflows and automations
Maintain CRM data hygiene, integrity, and consistency
Monitor and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records
Support lifecycle management, segmentation, lead imports, and database organization
Assist in improving CRM processes and operational efficiency
Coordinate CRM updates and data synchronization across systems
Workflow Automation & Process Optimization
Build and manage HubSpot workflows, triggers, and automated actions
Support marketing and operational automation initiatives
Improve process efficiency through automation logic and CRM optimization
Assist with campaign setup, QA checks, and workflow troubleshooting
Data Intelligence & Research
Conduct company, industry, and competitor research
Enrich contact and company data using LinkedIn, websites, and public data sources
Build prospect and target account databases
Perform structured data analysis and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Support business intelligence and reporting initiatives
Reporting & Dashboard Management
Create and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports
Generate data summaries and performance insights
Support sales and marketing reporting requirements
Analyze CRM data to support business decisions and operational planning
Maintain reporting trackers and spreadsheets using Excel or Google Sheets
Must Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM Administration
Experience managing HubSpot workflows and automations
Proficiency in CRM data management and data integrity
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
Strong understanding of CRM structures, segmentation, and lifecycle management
Excellent Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
Experience with data enrichment and online research
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Good written English communication skills
Understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes
Preferred Skills
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar data platforms
Experience with Power BI
Exposure to SimPro ERP
Familiarity with PandaDoc
Experience supporting sales, marketing, or operations teams
Basic understanding of marketing automation and campaign operations

Work From Home Requirements
