Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in cold calling within the real estate industry, along with prior experience working with Australian clients or companies. You will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential buyers, sellers, and investors, and booking appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients
Identify and qualify buyers, sellers, and investors
Handle objections professionally and confidently
Set appointments and manage follow-ups
Update CRM systems with accurate lead information and call outcomes
Maintain consistent activity levels and meet KPIs
Must Have Skills
Real Estate Cold Calling Experience (Required): Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on cold calling experience in the real estate industry
Australian Market Exposure (Required): Experience working with Australian clients or companies (any role or industry)
Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent
Lead Generation: Proven ability to generate and qualify leads
CRM & Tools: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and dialers
Sales Skills: Strong objection handling, persuasion, and appointment-setting skills
Availability: Willing to work in Australian time zones and meet KPI
